Serenitas operate and develops quality Over 50’s villages that provide excellent community facilities, with a range of quality and affordable options. We provide financial security for all our homeowners so that they can have peace of mind, knowing their home is secure and they will live in  a safe, active and engaging community.

Serenitas owns various land lease communities including National Lifestyle Villages – the market leader in WA, The Vantage at Vasse, The Outlook in Albany, RV Homebase Fraser Coast and has a pipeline of communities under development for over 50’s land lease living.

A Solid Foundation

Serenitas is a joint venture between Tasman Capital Partners, an Australian-owned and focused private equity firm, and GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund. Serenitas was established in 2017 with the objective of establishing a leading land lease community business.

The management of Serenitas has a strong track record in the development and management of lifestyle residential communities and is committed to continue to see these develop in both quality, affordability and security.

Rob Nichols | Founder and CEO

Rob founded Serenitas in 2017 and has over a decade of experience in the residential land lease sector; previously founding Tasman Lifestyle Continuum, fulfilling the role of COO for Gateway Lifestyle Group and completing over 50 acquisitions of lifestyle communities.

Prior to entering the residential land lease sector, Rob had a diverse career in funds management, corporate finance and as a chartered accountant both in Australia and overseas.

He is deeply committed to creating secure, welcoming and engaging communities in highly desirable locations that allow homeowners to access high-quality affordable homes to unlock their financial freedom.

Rob is passionate about increasing consumer awareness of residential land lease communities who is an active member of the industry body and a speaker at industry events.

NATHAN CLEARY | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Nathan has over 20 years of financial management experience derived from working with blue-chip companies and privately held organisations. Strategically led, Nathan is a finance, investment and M&A professional specialising in finance, private equity and corporate advisory.

A member of CPA Australia and a CFA Charter Holder, Nathan has previously held roles at Tasman Capital Partners, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deutsche Bank & Nikko Private Investments.

DEAN WALKER | HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Dean has a wealth of experience in creating master-planned lifestyle communities and superior homes for people over 50.

Leveraging his previous experience as an architect and an ethos of ‘purposeful design’, Dean leads an award-winning team to create low maintenance homes and luxurious community facilities that enrich the lives of people in our communities.

JOHN WOOD | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Founder of Western Australia’s National Lifestyle Villages which now forms an integral part of Serenitas’ portfolio, John plays a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of properties and lobbying government for legislative reform.

John has over 20 years of experience in the residential land lease sector and his entrepreneurial spirit helps build the development pipeline for Serenitas whilst providing product life cycle strategic counsel.

KEVIN EIDELMAN – FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Kevin is an accomplished finance professional with over a decade of experience in the property development and real estate sector. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, Kevin specialises in establishing financial protocols to comply with accounting practices and implementation of streamlined processes that allows the business to scale with ease.

CHEYNE OXFORD – NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

A strategically led marketer who specialises in considered purchases and emerging category sectors.

Bringing over 15 years of marketing experience to Serenitas, Cheyne is focused on increasing category awareness, building iconic brands, enhancing the customer experience and promoting a culture of innovation.

GARRY HOLMES – WEST COAST STATE MANAGER

Garry has held senior roles in the property, lifestyle and retirement sectors for over 20 years. Overseeing sales and operations across our West Coast communities, Garry is driven to create enriching communities built on transparency, respect and trust.

SHAUN FORBES – EAST COAST OPERATIONS MANAGER

Shaun has a comprehensive understanding of the lifestyle community sector with a background in sales and operations at award-winning communities. Leading a team of skilled professionals, Shaun is focused on delivering well maintained communities and promoting open communication channels with homeowners.

MARLENE CUMMING – NATIONAL HEAD OF SALES (ex WA)

Marlene has over 20 years of combined experience in real estate and the land lease lifestyle sector. Overseeing sales across our East Coast communities, Marlene is passionate about building a team that helps buyers navigate the journey to rightsize so they can find the home and lifestyle of their dreams in warm and welcoming communities.

VICTORIA ROHRSHEIM – HEAD OF COMPLIANCE

Victoria has over 20 years of experience in financial services and healthcare that has included roles in direct investment, operations, finance, compliance and human resources. Victoria is focused on the development and successful implementation of best-in-class business practices that deliver quality outcomes for the organisation and homeowners in our lifestyle communities. Victoria’s past roles included Financial Controller at Tasman Lifestyle Continuum.

JESSE SMITH-WHITE – OFFICE MANAGER

Jesse has over 10 years’ experience in office management and administration including roles as an Executive Assistant. Jesse provides support to the management team and oversees office operations.
