Buying a new home is a major decision, and one that needs to be carefully considered. For over 50’s the options may include staying in your current home, moving to an apartment, a retirement village or a land lease community / lifestyle village. The choices can be confusing at times, but if you do decide to buy into any type of village, it is essential to ensure that the company behind it is financially secure.
Serenitas is backed by Tasman Capital Partners an Australian owned institutional fund manager specialising in land lease communities, and GIC – Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
Serenitas is led by an experienced team who have successfully operated in the industry for many years with a strong track record of developing and managing lifestyle residential communities. They are committed to providing quality, affordable and secure housing options for older Australians.
Serenitas is seeking to grow its locations through acquisition, joint ventures and capital partnering with other industry participants. Backed by Tasman Capital and GIC a long term institutional investor in Australia, Serenitas is one of the leading operators of land lease communities with over 3600 home and development sites.
