PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There may be a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your order is placed. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Koda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Koda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Koda shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Information

Koda Healthcare Group uses Australia Post for delivery of all orders.

After placing an order online with Koda Healthcare Group, here are the steps that will take place:

1. You shall receive a confirmation email that your payment has been accepted and your order has been placed and is being packed. 
2. All domestic orders are shipping by Australia Post “Express Parcel” service, while International orders are shipped by International Registered mail. 
3. When orders are shipped you shall receive a second email advising your order has been shipped and the tracking number for Express Post or Registered number for International Registered mail.
4. Goods shall be packaged in a manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
5. Koda will endevour to dispatch your order on THE SAME WORKING DAY if the order is received before 2pm, the following day otherwise. However we cannot guarantee this to be the case 100% of the time.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling for domestic orders is a $10 flat fee.

All orders are shipped by Express Parcel and will be delivered next business day for the postcodes listed below as according to information provide by Australia Post.

† - Service guaranteed to Mail Centre Post Office Boxes only.
‡ - Next day delivery to remote townships is not guaranteed. For details please ask post office staff.

International

International shipping will be made by registered post and will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, then a card will most likely be left detailing the nearest Post outlet where the parcel can be collected. (this practice may vary from County to County, so please check with your local postal service)

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.
